Mr vitus Asaa Ayingayure
Mr vitus Asaa Ayingayure is a retired agronomist who has over 30 years’ experience as an agronomist. He attained the rank of a Deputy Director from the year 2000 to 2014 before going on retirement. He was the Regional Manager for the Ghana Irrigation Development Authority (GIDA) in Northern Region. From 1996 to 2004 he was the project manager for the 450ha Botanga irrigation project. In 1998 he worked as the project manager for the 1000ha Vea irrigation project in Bolgatanga. He holds an MSc in Soil Science/Agronomy from the University of the Philippines Los Banos. He also holds a certificate as a Rice Production Specialist from the West Africa Rice Research Institute Monrovia, Liberia, A Certificate in Integrated Pest Management (IPM) in Rice after a six Months Training for Training of Trainers (TOT), organized by Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) at Dawhenya, Ghana. He also has an Irrigation Management Certificate, received from the Mananga Centre for Regional integration and Management Development Swaziland.
Mr. Vitus Ayingayure has a publication on the Effects of Organic Matter and Moisture regime on the availability and Uptake of Sulphur application and Zinc in rainfed Lowland Rice. He also has a publication on the Response of Lowland Rice (O Savival) to Sulphur application in Asutuare and Afife Soils. Vitus Ayingayure.
Gertrude is a renowned banker, she is the Northern Regional Sales and Services Manager for Fidelity Bank Ghana and takes charge of all the bank’s branches and agents in the Brong Ahafo, Northern, Upper East and Upper West Regions.
Gertrude has had an enviable banking career which started with Intercontinental Bank (now Access bank), and her hard work earned her the role of Branch Manager seven years ago with Fidelity Bank. She bagged the Fidelity Orange Award on multiple occasions, and has always demonstrated a sense of astute customer service since her days at McDonalds in the United Kingdom in 2007, where she was duly recognized.
Gertrude is currently a part of the Harvard ManageMentor programme. She is of the Retail Banking Academy – Associate Retail Banker 1. Gertrude also holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA certificate from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, and is a product of University of Ghana, where she studied Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology between 2002 and 2006.
Gertrude Kunde-Kwallinjam is not only an award winning Banker but an entrepreneur and the founder of Smockyworld Limited. Her business prowess has led her into rebranding Gonja, Yendi, Bolga, Wa and Burkina smock materials for different wears other than just a smock, and this nouveau fashion style has caught on around the country and influenced many other brands.
Maurice Bergyirah Yinyeh
Mr. Maurice B. Yinyeh is a dedicated and committed Deputy Chief Accountant I and has skills and expertise in professional Accounting and auditing. He has a Bachelor of Arts Degree Hons in Geography and Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He also has a certificate from the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICA) from the Institute of Professional Studies (IPS), Legon. Mr. Maurice has worked as a Teacher, a Bursar/ Accountant, District Accountant, a Deputy Regional Accountant and currently the National Catholic laity Council, National Vice Chair.
He has over 35 years’ experience in Accounting. Due to his proficiency, he has had the opportunity to work in various departments and organizations within the northern part of Ghana. He worked as an Audit Assistant was with Nsawam Canneries where, he worked for two months August and September. He thereafter, moved to the Audit Service, where he worked as an Audit Clerk for three months in the Audit Service in Damongo. Whilst with the Audit Service in Damongo, Mr. Yinyeh was keeping a letter of employment with the Internal Revenue Service, now Ghana Revenue Service, to be posted to Wa.
Mr. Maurice B. Yinyeh, eventually, settled down with the Ghana Education Service, as a Senior Accounts Clerk and posted to Tamale Training College, Tamale, now Tamale College of Education, in December 1982. He served at TATCO from 1st December 1982 to May 1985.
In June 1985, He was transferred to the Regional Education Office, Tamale, as the Assistant Regional Accountant, until September, 1986, when he was transferred to Salaga Secondary School, Salaga, as the substantive bursar. From Salaga, he was transferred to Damongo Secondary School from 1987 to 1997 as bursar.
He also worked at the Catholic Education Unit, Tamale, Zabzugu-Tatale District Education Office, Yendi Municipal Education Office and Bimbilla District Education as an Accountant.
Rising through the ranks through several additional courses, he moved from Accountant, to Senior Accountant, to Principal Accountant and finally to Deputy Chief Accountant before going on retirement in 2017.
Peter Badimak Yaro is a development specialist with a wealth of experience. He has over 20 years’ experience working in leadership roles in non-profit organizations and has multi sector experiences contributing to improve lives of poor and marginalized people. Over the years, he has built a wealth of experience in gender and socially inclusive program design and management, financial management, engagement with government and donors, policy advocacy and influencing. Peter has provided advisory services ranging from program planning and coordination, monitoring and evaluation, team-building and organizational self-assessments.
He has led several mental health interventions for women, men, girls, and boys particularly for those living in resource-limited settings in Ghana. In addition, Mr. Yaro engages local and national level policy makers in Ghana to develop mental health policies and services that are pro-poor and inclusive to strengthen and scale up mental health services and integrate them into the general health care system.
Barrister Terrance Ninnang is a legal practitioner by profession, he currently works with the Northern Electricity Company (NEDCo) as their Head for Legal Affairs he has over 12 years of experience as a legal practitioner and has specialty in Drafting of contracts and other legal documents, review of legal documents and legal writing, legal opinion writing, power purchase agreements, general contract and commercial law expert, company law and property law expert and general litigation in the superior courts of judicature
Mr Anthony Anyoka
Mr Anthony Anyoka is a retired Educationist, who rose to the rank of an assistant Director of Ghana Education Service. He is currently working with an NGO called Damongo Youth Development Initiative, where they support young women with skills Development.
He holds a Teachers professional Certificate, a Certificate in Human formation at St Victor’s Major Seminary Tamale, Certificate in Rural Animation and Community Development (UDS), Diplomat in Youth work and Formation (UG Legon.)

Anyoka Bede is the CEO of the ORCAS Group, which have a subsidiary companies. ORCAS GLOBAL a social enterprise which is into Agribusiness, they are currently running a project in maize value chain through Village Saving and Loans where women are help in production of maize and marketing of their farm produce and ORCAS GHANA which is an NGO which, is into health specifically reproductive and adolescent health. Bede is a conflict and human rights specialist, Community Health and Development Specialist, a professional Negotiator, mediator and information Annalist. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Community Health and Development, a Master of Arts in conflict peace and security from the University for Development Studies and the Kofi Annan International Peace Keeping Training Center respectively, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Health from the Catholic University College of Ghana, a Certificate in Project Management Professional (PMP), a certificate in Conflict Analysis, Negotiation and Mediation, and a Certificate in Crisis Information Management. Bede’s versatility has been amply demonstrated under Various USAID projects such as the USAID Agriculture and Natural Resource Management Project (AgNRM) where he trains women on Interest Based Negotiations and Human Rights. Bede has trained community members on mediation and conflict resolution. Building peace initiatives in educational institutions in Northern Ghana and also training pear mediators. USAID Community based Family Short Term Planning Project (CBF-STF), where he worked as the Zonal Coordinator for the three Northern Regions. He provided linkages to partners whiles improving the reproductive health of women and children in Ghana. He redesigned family planning advocacy tools to suit the culture of his targeted audience in the northern part of Ghana, which has change the perception of family planning in the area of operation. He is also a health advocate and practitioner with wide experience in maternal, mental, environmental and nutritional health.
